Free worldwide shipping on any order over $100
On all other orders we offer a Flat Shipping Fee of €4,99. (worldwide!)

What if an item I want is "out of stock"?
All items are limited editions so make sure you get the shirt you want in time!
When an item is out of stock it will not be coming back in. You'll just have to wait and see what the new collection brings....

What forms of payment are accepted at the Lady Derringer online store?
Lady Derringer accepts payments with PAYPAL, all major credit-cards or bank transfer.
Please note that you can pay with any major credit-card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL account.

How do I take care of my Lady Derringer Shirt?
If you want this love to last a life time: hand wash, cold. Treat your shirt with tender love & care.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of order receipt. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be processed within 48 hours of the next workday.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
Within the Netherlands Post NL states to deliver envelopes and packages within 2 business days.
Expected shipment time within Europe is two to four working days.
Expected shipment time for worldwide orders is six to ten working days.
Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.
Can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.
What about customs and import duties?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on parcels where customers do not want to pay customs, so please research these charges before placing your order.
